How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. This depends on the product ordered. Delivery to the United States and Canada generally takes 7 to 20 business days.In rare cases, some items may take 15 to 40 business days due to high demand.

How much is shipping?
- All orders over $30 will receive free shipping.
- Shipping rates for orders made in the US under $30 are $4.99.
- Shipping rates for orders made internationally under $30 are $8.99.
- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
A. Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
Where is your company located?
A. Our company's headquarters is located in Walnut, California. While our warehouses and vendors are scattered across China, USA and Europe, most of our warehouses are located in China at this time, which can cause longer delivery times. We plan to open up more warehouses across the US in the near future.
Where do your items come from?
ShinningPet is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So, we source items from all over the world. As of right now, most of our items are sourced from China and the US.
Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
